Best Edition 2019 Award for Re-Set
Publication of the Paul Sacher Foundation receives German Music Edition Award
Following the facsimile editions of Pierre Boulez's Marteau sans maître and Dmitri Shostakovich's Tahiti Trot in 2006 and 2007, the German volume Re-Set: Rückgriffe und Fortschreibungen in der Musik seit 1900 has received the "Best Edition 2019" award of the German Music Publishers Association. The book, designed by Sibylle Ryser, convinced the jury because of its "captivating conception" and the "successful visualization", as stated in the explanatory statement.
